The Carers’ Club
This is specially designed for carers to enjoy a regular afternoon of interesting and fun activities (plus tea and cakes!) The club is also an opportunity to make, and maintain, contact with a professional outreach worker. You can share your concerns and they can offer advice and support.
Info Café
The café is somewhere to drop in for a chat and offers a warm and friendly atmosphere. We always seek to have at least one professional worker or dementia advisor on hand.
